WinPKR Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to WinPKR. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and WinPKR ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit or accessing any part of the WinPKR platform — including Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting and Bingo — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all services provided through the WinPKR website and mobile application. They are written in plain English to be accessible to Pakistan-based players, but they carry full legal weight. 2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use WinPKR you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. WinPKR is strictly an adult platform and underage gaming is prohibited.
• You must be the person whose details you provide during registration. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, including your full name, date of birth, valid email address and preferred payment method details.

WinPKR reserves the right to request identity verification at any point, including before processing a withdrawal or activating a bonus. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in your account being suspended until the process is complete.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the WinPKR platform. Duplicate accounts, whether created under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address, are prohibited. WinPKR uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts.

If duplicate accounts are identified, WinPKR reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any active bonuses and retain balances pending investigation. If the duplication was not intentional, contact support as soon as possible to resolve the situation.

Your WinPKR account is for your personal use only. You may not sell, transfer or allow another person to use your account. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility regardless of who performed it.

• Keep your login credentials private and secure at all times.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Update your account details immediately if your contact information changes.
• Contact support at once if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on WinPKR are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. WinPKR supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer – standard transfers to and from Pakistan bank accounts
• Cards and mobile wallets – where supported by your bank or wallet provider

Deposits are credited to your WinPKR balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically clear within seconds. Bank transfers may take a few minutes to reflect depending on the sending institution.

Withdrawals are processed by the WinPKR payments team. Funds are returned to the payment method used for the original deposit unless an alternative is agreed in writing by support. Processing times vary by method but WinPKR aims to process all approved withdrawals as promptly as possible.

WinPKR reserves the right to carry out additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on the player's integrity in cases where no issue is found.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

WinPKR offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed on the individual promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is shown on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance. Real-money deposits and bonus balances are tracked separately in your account.
• Bonuses are for single use per player, per household and per device. Taking the same bonus more than once using different accounts is considered abuse.
• Free spins bonuses are valid for the specified game only, for the specified number of spins, and expire if not used within the stated time window.
• WinPKR reserves the right to remove a bonus at any time if there is evidence of exploitation, abuse or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.

Promotions visible on the Promotions page are the current available offers. WinPKR updates promotions regularly. Offers are available while they remain listed and are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.

6. Gaming Rules

WinPKR offers four main gaming sections: Slots, Live Casino, Bingo and Sports Betting. The following general rules apply across all gaming sections:

• All game outcomes in Slots, Live Casino and Bingo are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Each result is independent of previous results.
• Game RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published within each game's information panel. WinPKR does not alter or adjust RTP settings beyond those set by the game provider.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, server error or game freeze — the round will be resolved based on the last confirmed server state. WinPKR's decision on the outcome of interrupted rounds is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. Demo mode is available for most Slots titles.
• WinPKR reserves the right to void game results if a technical error is determined to have affected the outcome.

7. Sports Betting

The WinPKR Sports section covers Cricket — including international matches, T20 tournaments, ODI series and the Pakistan Super League (PSL) — as well as Football leagues and Esports events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on WinPKR:

• All bets are placed in PKR. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment the bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment are locked in. Subsequent odds movement does not affect confirmed bets.
• Match results for settlement purposes are taken from official scorecards published by the relevant governing body — such as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic fixtures or the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international matches.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum number of overs or playing time required for a result, bets will be voided and stakes returned to your PKR balance unless specific in-play markets were already settled.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at WinPKR's discretion — for example during strategic timeouts, injury breaks or pending review of a key match event.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets and vary by event, market type and current odds. WinPKR reserves the right to limit stake sizes on individual accounts.
• Obvious pricing errors in any sports market will be voided. WinPKR is not obligated to honour bets placed on clearly erroneous odds.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WinPKR platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonuses and withholding of balances pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to register on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches or system errors to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Attempting to manipulate bonus terms through coordinated play, arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of promotional structures.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward WinPKR staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

9. Account Security

The security of your WinPKR account is a shared responsibility. WinPKR maintains technical security measures on the platform side, but you are equally responsible for protecting your own login credentials.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your WinPKR account — one that is not used for any other website or application.
• Never share your password or security PIN with anyone, including family members or friends.
• WinPKR support staff will never ask for your password via chat, email or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as suspicious and reported immediately.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact WinPKR support immediately so the account can be secured.
• WinPKR recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) if available on your account for an additional layer of protection.

WinPKR accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a player sharing their login credentials with a third party or failing to secure their account on a shared device.

10. Privacy & Data

WinPKR collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and provide customer support.
• WinPKR does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data, including JazzCash and Easypaisa account details, is stored securely and used only for processing transactions related to your WinPKR account.
• WinPKR may use anonymised, aggregated data for internal analytics and platform improvement.

11. Responsible Gaming

WinPKR is an entertainment platform intended for adult players who choose to engage with it as a leisure activity. The platform takes its commitment to responsible gaming seriously and provides the following tools to all account holders:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly PKR caps on how much can be deposited into your account. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a set period of continuous play to prompt awareness of how long you have been gaming.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently suspend your account via account settings without needing to contact support first.

12. Suspension & Account Closure

WinPKR reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Duplicate account detection.
• At the player's own request, including as part of a self-exclusion.

If your account is suspended for investigation, your balance will be held pending the outcome. If the investigation concludes with no fault on the player's part, the balance will be returned and the account reinstated or the balance paid out. If a breach is confirmed, WinPKR reserves the right to retain the balance to offset losses caused by the breach.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily can do so at any time by contacting support. Remaining eligible balances will be paid out to the player's registered payment method following account closure, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Limitation of Liability

WinPKR provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uninterrupted service, WinPKR cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical errors.

• WinPKR is not liable for losses caused by platform downtime, technical interruptions or force majeure events outside its reasonable control.
• WinPKR is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own actions, including decisions made during gameplay, sports betting or bonus activation.
• WinPKR is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing login credentials or failing to secure their account.
• WinPKR's total liability to any player in any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits WinPKR's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

WinPKR may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, WinPKR will make reasonable efforts to notify players via the email address registered to their account.

Continued use of the WinPKR platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange withdrawal of any eligible balance.
